Reaching the Unreached Making a difference starts locally and grows globally. We CAN make a difference

Reaching the Unreached In 1989 the United Nations agreed that children and young people have rights. One of these is the right to education. Wealthier nations have the responsibility to help less wealthier countries to achieve this. (Extract from the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child )

One of the United Nations Millennium Development Goals is to ensure that all boys and girls everywhere across the world complete a full course of primary schooling. This supports the rights of the child. Reaching the Unreached

This means providing education for every child everywhere This means reaching children who have not been reached before Reaching the Unreached

Show Clip 3.1 Reaching the Unreached

When you think a task is too great, have you heard what Archbishop Desmond Tutu says? ‘How do you eat an elephant?’ Reaching the Unreached One bite at a time!

So what can we do? We can show we can make a difference by telling others about the importance of fairness. Reaching the Unreached

Show Clip 3.2 Reaching the Unreached
