 Full color is digital printing. We print on the xid 9330, the latest model  These machines print the image on retransfer film and the film is applied on the card.  The printers can only print within the CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, (k) black) spectrum.  We can match colors to a certain shade located within the pantone book.  They print high quality images and can produce a full bleed card with no white border.  Double sided prints are only available on non-print mark material.  Digitally printed cards can also be laser engraved on print mark material only. Normal CR 80 cards tend to burn under the laser.  Custom cut cards have to be less than 2 1/8 x 3 3/8 size

 The printers do not use the direct to card method. Custom cut tags Retransfer film Color film

 We only print on plastic material between 30 and 60 mil.  We offer a variety of different colors for printing ― 60 and 30 mil white ― 30 mil biodegradable white ― 60 and 30 mil flat silver ― 60 and 30 mil flat gold ― 60 and 30 mil tan (taupe) ― 60 mil white/ ( black, blue, red, green) ― 60 mil brushed (gold, silver)/ black ― 60 mil almond/ black  We can print on any size card that does not exceed a 2 1\8 x 3 3\8.

60 mill material : 30 mill/biodegradable Printmark material Silver and Gold Blue, Green, Red, Black, Almond printmark

 At this station processors look at the proof and the details to make sure what was printed is correct  Check the names and the titles  Make sure that the size of the tag matches the proof and the invoice including what was printed  Check the specs along with the proof to see if text matches

 The cutter can only cut in a straight line  Always rounded to the rounding of the invoice  The slot punch is at a set position vertically and can be adjusted horizontally  Beveled edges are beveled at a 45 ⁰ angle We have different rounding that we can round the name tags to these are the following: 1/4NC 1/8 RC 1/4RC 3/16 RC 3/8 RC 1/2RC 1/8 RC SLOT PUNCH Square

 We offer a few different backings for the nametags: ― Magnet ― Standard (Acetone) pin ― Adhesive pin ― Military clutch ― Swivel clip ― Plastic covered white pins ― Loop snap  When packaging we add the invoice inside the box. Unless the order is blind shipped.

 Magnet: Has an adhesive backing that you can peel off to apply on the nametag.  Standard Pin: Is a plastic pin that you can use acetone to attach to the back of the nametag. The way we do this is in an ash tray we pour some acetone in and place the pin in as well, what this does is create a chemical reaction causing the plastic of the pin and the plastic of the tag to bond.  Adhesive pin: Is similar to the acetone pin, except this pin has an adhesive backing that can stick to the back of the nametag.  Military Clutch: Is a longer thin piece of plastic with 2 clutches that attach to your clothing.  Swivel Clip: Has a clip that can rotate 360 ⁰ it has an adhesive backing that can be applied on the tag.  Plastic covered white pins: Is similar to the adhesive pin, with the exception of a white cover over the pin.  Loop snap: A clear long piece of plastic with a swivel clip at one end that goes through the slot punch.

We also offer badge frames to add to nametags if customer wants, adds a 3 D effect, we have 3 different colors:  Gold  Silver  Black These are available in these 2 sizes:  1 x 3  1.5 x 3 We do offer them with either:  Square corners or  Rounded corners **** we only offer those 3 colors and sizes ****
