About Hampshire Advice Plus Hampshire Advice Plus (HAP) is a project of Citizens Advice Hampshire and is funded by the Big Lottery Fund. Aim: to improve access to quality advice for the most vulnerable people and communities in Hampshire:-

Health & Well Being Strategy Feedback from organisations/groups attending consultation event:- – 54 % stated that the key priority of the strategy should be to “Tackle wider issues that impact on health – ie: poverty, homelessness and educational achievement”. – 53% stated that the strategy would be best supported by changing the way services are designed and delivered so that they are more “joined up” – 60% stated that the way in which they would seek to approach future partnership working was through “radical collaboration in order to achieve more for less.
