Presentation transcript:

For Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15th-October 15th), the teachers of Spanish wanted to do something special for the school and we thought of you to help us out!

We would like you to use markers (NOT COLORED PENCILS OR PERMANENT MARKERS!) to draw two (2) items of cultural value from TWO Spanish speaking countries designated by your Spanish teacher. You may also use a colored printer at home.

Place the name of the country this item is representing somewhere on the FRONT.

Your teacher will give you an idea as to something you could create (Ex: Picture of an iconic Hispanic person, a temple, geographical phenomenon, coqui, etc.)

These will be placed inside the library on the glass blocks. Pictures must be done on plain white paper.

This assignment is due on September 13 th and 14 th. You can place them in our mailboxes or turn them in during your class.

Awareness of the diversity within Spanish speaking countries Great way to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month Pictures will be used for a school wide trivia game to win a $40 Best Buy gift card! Details will be sent to your school s
