Progressive Political Cartoons Semester 2, Day 21

Objectives Students will be able to understand progressivism on the national level AND evaluate and defend their positions about the roles of political parties, campaigns, and elections in American politics.

Warm Up For the next 5 minutes I would like for you to analyze this picture and tell me in a short paragraph on a piece of loose leaf the: ◦Symbols ◦Tone ◦Features ◦Etc. This will be collected!

Classwork For the next 10 minutes you and a partner (that you don’t have to move for!) will work on the worksheet using one of the two provided documents.
