THE CHALLENGE WILL BE TO GET & KEEP SUFFICIENT APPROPRIATE CUSTOMERS FOR LONG TERM SUSTAINABLILITY – INCLUDING PROPER MANAGEMENT, SUFFICIENT PROFIT, ALONG WITH CONTINUING TO BE INNOVATIVE & UNIQUE TO DIFFERENT ENOUGH BE DIFFERENT ENOUGH FROM THE LARGE WINERIES & FROM OTHER SMALL WINERIES.
