Information is “data”, statistics, facts, phone numbers, names, text, etc. البيانات هى عبارة عن : مجموعة من الإحصائيات، وقائع، ارقام، اسماء، نصوص..... الخ Knowledge is analyzed information with context, understanding & experience. المعلومة هى : بيانات محللة، ذات مفهوم متصمناً المعرفة Simple … yet important & not clear to many ! بالرغم من بساطة الموضوع... الا ان حقيــقة الأمر غير واضـــحة لكثــير منا !

Valuable Knowledge provides the potential for informing decisions and improving actions…. while Knowledge Utilizations is simply doing things to apply knowledge in better ways than might happen without great management effort. Why is this important ?
