Key Points Changes to specifications to focus on: Meeting the requirements of the Sexual Health Needs Assessment 2013 Improve Chlamydia infection diagnoses rate: PHOF National Indicator 2,300 per 100,000 population. Actual diagnosis rate achieved Jan-June 2014 = 1550/100,000 (67.4%). Pharmacies contributed 10.5% Addressing the issues of disparity of terms between GP and pharmacies, and the former PCT areas of Norfolk and Gt Yarmouth & Waveney. Changes to Payments Payments terms have changed, i.e. a new payment for chlamydia case detection, an elevated payment for chlamydia consultation, an initial increased payment for EHC consultation and the removal of retainer payments & chlamydia kit return fees.
