Artherosclerosis Build up of fats, cholesterol in arteries Makes artery smaller, harder to pump blood Incresased blood pressure Stroke – blood clot forms and completely blocks blood supply to brain.

How do I prevent it? BALANCED DIET, VARIETY OF FOODS, EXERCISE REGULARLY
