 Date Due Slips are found in the front of any library item, whether it is a book, magazine or video.  Date Due Slips are stamped with a date each time you check out.  The Date stamped is when you need to have your library materials returned.  Always write in your planner when your library materials are due.

ALWAYS, FIRST THING, Place the items you are returning in the DROP SLOT!

If your best friend wants to read a book you are reading, DO NOT just give it to them without checking the book IN out of your name and your friend can check the book OUT in their name. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ITEMS CHECKED OUT IN YOUR NAME!

1. NO RUNNING OR CLOWNING AROUND 2. FOOD, DRINK, GUM OR CANDY IS NOT ALLOWED 3. ALWAYS USE YOUR SHELF MARKER 4. PLEASE DO NOT PUSH THE BOOKS TO THE BACK OF THE SHELVES 5. ALWAYS PUSH YOUR CHAIRS IN WHEN YOU LEAVE 6. TALK WITH YOUR INSIDE VOICES 7. LEAVE THE LIBRARY LOOKING LIKE IT WAS WHEN YOU CAME IN

AR Reading Levels and AR Points are found in the front of any book that has a RED DOT on the spine. You can read ANY AR Book in ANY LEVEL. In other words…..YOU can read ANYTHING YOU WANT!!!

Make sure to choose at least one book that will last you several days. Read the blurb or the summary before checking out. Give it the 3-Chapter Rule before returning.
