Simplification plan Simplification plan contains information regarding better regulation initiatives planned to be undertaken at the level of line ministries according to the guidelines of this strategy. The simplification plans are submitted by each ministry every year and are developed by the Public Policy Units from line ministries. Interim monitoring reports are to be submitted at the end of the year. The simplification plans and monitoring reports are to be collected by the General Secretariat of the Government (DPP).
