PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THE PROCESS

HOW DOES THIS AFFECT MY APPRAISAL? IMPLICATIONS: WHAT HAPPENS IF I FAIL TO MEET MY PERFORMANCE CRITERIA? WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW AND DO?
