Designer Loyalty Program

To participate in MasterRewards, Designers will need to do the following: 1) Register for OneTouch website (if not already registered, should be legal name and match tax records) To register for OneTouch, Generic logins by brands are: Brand UserID (6 digits) Password Decora Acct# Acct#+mbci SDK Acct# mbci2005 HomeCrest Acct# Hcc2008 Kitchen Craft Acct# Kcc2009 Omega/Dynasty Acct(6-7 characters)Omg2009 (if dealer carries multiple brands, register under one brand only) Once OneTouch registration is complete, login to OneTouch becomes address and whatever password designer sets during registration. Only available application for OHK customers will be MasterRewards. Please note, registering on 1touch does not complete the MasterRewards enrollment process!

The Designer has to log into mbci1touch.com before getting to this page. Use the generic login’s first, then the Designer will be prompted to Create a new login/password. Click on Login Help on main mbci1touch.com screen (to walk Designer through this process. Note: Any O/K/H Customer that does not carry a brand that was already on mbci1touch.com, they will see these three tabs: Welcome Center MasterRewards My Info Just in case they log in and are excluded from MasterRewards but carry only O/H/K they will see only Welcome Center and My Info.

Eligible Designers will see this box. Once they reach ‘Under Verification’ status, this box will not appear. Designer Training Manual Link here

Designer will not be able to Shop Online- Rewards until they are in the “Active” status.

Fields shown will prepopulate from login information. You may change your address for this program. Please note any change made within the MasterRewards Program will not be reflected in your One-Touch account. To make similar changes to your One-Touch account, go to My Info. Tab. Changes can only be made to the Profile and W-9 pages while in the “Eligible“ or “Under Verification” status. After you are “Active” a change request must be sent to

After clicking Save, click on the MasterRewards Tab and then Designer Consent.

All fields will prepopulate from Designer Profile information. Read the Terms & Conditions of the Program. Reference the Q&A link if needed. Click the box so a check shows. Click Submit to consent to the Terms & Conditions of the Program. Once you submit your consent, your status will change from Eligible to Under Verification. After the Designer checks the box and clicks Submit, they will be moved to “Under Verification” status. That means any order placed at that point will start earning points. No points are accrued until Designer’s W-9 information has been verified.

After clicking submit on Designer Consent page, you will automatically be brought to this W-9 screen. Complete required fields and enter either SS# or EIN. Click Save Must enter either Social Security # OR EIN. Click on this link to go to the IRS website to print, complete and fax your W-9 information. NOTE: Financial Administrator has access to this page for verification purposes only. No other parties will see your W-9 information.

After entering required information and clicking Save, you will receive this message.

Designer’s W-9 information is verified within 48 business hours by the Finance Administrator. Status is changed to Active. Once a Designer is Active, any invoiced order submitted with the Designer’s ID will show in the Transaction History Screen.

Designer Status & Accruing Points Designer Status in the program is one of the following: – Eligible – Under Verification – Active Before points accrue – W-9 must be verified (status changes to Active when complete) – Eligible order with Designer ID on it must invoice Eligible points for orders placed from date of enrollment/consent are tentative until the above 2 things happen.

Designer can search history of orders placed with their designer ID, sort by clicking on Titles across the top. These two buttons will be active in Phase 2 of the MasterRewards rollout. Note: Data will not populate on this screen until an Active Designer has orders that have invoiced.

All Designer’s who Register their account for the MasterRewards program by May 15 th 2009 will receive one token for a spin on our Spin & Win Wheel. When a designer earns 5,000 points they will receive another token, yet another chance to win more points or cool prizes!
