Overview
This document provides step-by-step instructions for registering your company on the Ariba Network using a Light Account to transact electronically with Constellation Brands Inc. for future purchasing and invoicing activities.
Ariba Registration via Walk Up Registration
If you are not already in contact with a buying organization on Ariba Network, you can create a free, light account at supplier.ariba.com. You can use this account to learn how to conduct e-commerce through the Ariba Network, create a company profile, and find new business through SAP Ariba Discovery.
Completing a company profile allows buying organizations to locate your company when searching for suppliers by product and service category, industry, ship-to or service location, or other criteria. After reviewing basic company information, a buying organization can then request a relationship with your company. After you accept a relationship request, your account is ready to transact with the buying organization.
Click on Register Now

2. Ariba Walk Up Registration
Enter required information about your company and account administrator
Required Fields:
Company Name
Address (Country, City, State, Zip Code)
Name
User Name
Password

3. Ariba Walk Up Registration
Read all terms and conditions and click ‘Register’ button
After you are registered you can go to and Log in to the Ariba Network using the username and password you just created.

Check your mailbox to confirm your in Ariba
Once you register your company you will receive an asking to confirm your account. If you have more than one address you can add it in here.
Click Go to my Company Profile
The page contains the next steps to complete the profile, it’s required to have 100% of the profile complete in order to transact with CBI.

Once you are registered, the Dashboard will include key ongoing management capabilities. You are now transacting with CBI, you will wait until CBI sends you a PO via the Ariba Network 1 2 3 4

6. Ariba Walk Up Registration
After creating your SAP Ariba account, please wait 24 – 48 hours before submitting your first Non-PO Invoice. This will allow time for the relationship setup to be established between SAP Ariba and Constellation Brands, Inc. The First Time you create a Non-PO Invoice

Select Your Customer
If CBI doesn't appear here
Click on Invoice New Customer
Paste the CBI Code 2PFARM9
Create Invoice
