Both analysis methods have also been used for the same purpose in Singapore the analysis was carried out to examine factors affecting the development of e-Government in Singapore, after Singapore fell from 7th place in 2004 to 11th place in2005 in terms of e-readiness [4]. A SWOT analysis is used for the evaluation of the current state of e-government services in Greece [5].
