Advancement: ► One method leaders use to help boys fulfill the aims of the Boy Scouts of America ► Provides scouts recognition for their achievements and personal growth ► Designed to educate and expand the horizons of scouts

Mechanics of Advancement ► Age-Appropriate ► Advancement Administration done by Pack Committee (should report advancement monthly; the very least quarterly) ► Approved by den leaders and parents ► Centered around motto, “Do Your Best”
