10 General Q&A What do I need to get started?
Scout uniform (see below) and Scout handbook for your son’s rank Familiarize yourself with the Pack website What will my uniform look like? Tiger, Wolf and Bear wear a navy blue Cub Scout uniform shirt. They also wear rank-specific neckerchief, neckerchief slide, and hat as well as belt to display belt loops earned. Webelos and AOL wear either the blue or tan uniform shirt. On the shirt sleeve they wear Webelos colors to display pins earned. They also wear rank-specific hat, neckerchief, and slide.

11 General Q&A Where do I purchase uniforms, books, and patches?
Connecticut Yankee Council Resource Center, 60 Wellington Road, in Milford; or at any BSA store (Derby, Waterbury, etc.) or through the BSA mail order program at Patches needed: CT Yankee Council shoulder patch, world crest emblem, and Numerals for 262; once a den is assigned, Den numeral patch. We will assign scouts to dens in early September. (Some gently used items are available in our Pack 262 uniform share box. Ask a leader for more information.)

Turn in the completed application form tonight, with the $80 registration fee payable to Cub Scout Pack 262. Mail or drop off completed form and registration fee $80 payable to Cub Scout Pack 262 to our Pack Treasurer Kate Goyette, 11 Squire Rd., Monroe
