Depart for San Francisco Bay area  Lunch on own en route  Arrive into Bay Area for dinner as a group at a local restaurant  Exchange rehearsal at a Bay Area high school  Transfer to hotel, unload coach and check into your hotel

 Accommodations: Three (3) nights’ accommodations in San Francisco at the Zephyr, Fisherman’s Wharf – TBC  Roundtrip coaching from Rancho Mirage High School and all necessary coaching per the itinerary  One (1) World Projects Tour Manager for the duration of the tour  Meals: - Three (3) breakfasts at a location near the hotel - Two (2) group dinners  Sightseeing and admissions per itinerary (all to be confirmed): - Ferry and admission to Alcatraz (including audio tour) - Guided Coach Tour of San Francisco - Sonoma State University Campus Tour - Berkeley Campus Visit - Ticket to San Francisco Symphony (subject to availability; to the value of $45)  Performances and workshops arrangements as follows (all arrangements subject to confirmation): - Exchange rehearsal at a Bay Area high school - Workshop at UC Berkeley (pending clinician availability) - Performance as part of the Sonoma Invitational Wind Band Festival (subject to application and acceptance)  Large percussion as provided by performance, workshop and rehearsal hosts  Certificate of Liability Insurance (upon request)  Taxes, tolls, and tips as necessary

WEATHER  Weather in the Bay Area in March is very unpredictable. Temperatures average in the low 50’s to the high 60’s, however, this can vary greatly even on the same day when going from one micro climate to another. Rain is also possible at this time of year. Be sure to bring layered clothing and wet weather gear. MEALS / SOUVENIR COSTS  World Projects suggests budgeting approximately $10 per meal for lunch and $15-$20 per meal for dinner on own (breakfasts and two dinners are included). Suggested total for meals on own would be $  Money for souvenirs / snacks, etc. are at the discretion of each family.

Liability Insurance - INCLUDED  World Projects carries General Liability Insurance coverage to $3,000, Trip Cancellation Insurance – NOT INCLUDED  Individual group members who wish to purchase “Trip Cancellation” insurance can do so through World Projects via our insurance partner web site and follow the directions there. Contact your director for the link: Musical Instrument Insurance – NOT INCLUDED  World Projects takes care to coordinate with airlines and ground transport to assure their proper handling of musical instruments, but does not assume liability for damage to instruments that may occur during a group tour. We recommend that instrument owners establish coverage under an existing personal property insurance policy. Or, instrument owners may want to contact a company that specializes in musical instrument insurance such as Clarion Insurance at or Music Pro Insurance at
