EPIC FAIL…to EPIC SUCCESS!

EPIC FAIL TO EPIC SUCCESS BECAUSE YOU ASKED FOR IT!

EPIC FAIL TO EPIC SUCCESS How is failure defined? (OED) Who defines it (particularly in your organization)? Is true failure always subjective? Always objective? Is a good idea ever truly a failure? In a positive, encouraging workplace, is any discussion of failure something to be avoided? Can a project or idea be effectively evaluated if we cannot admit to failure? Have we become a society that is fearful /scornful of failure?
