Goals for Improved Website: More interactive for clients Structure the website around customers needs, stronger implementation of the “you” perspective Better organization of website information, add relevant information more fitting to consumer needs. “What” does your company offer. “Why”, should I use your services compared to competitors and “How” will you perform this service Website appeal: Part of Business is Perception or what others view you as. A website should be used as a extra leg in your business to attract clients and give a glimpse of your business. Make your website more appealing will offer positive feed back from prospective clients Home Page

Clients that come to Benelli Marketing Services most often ask one of three questions… How can marketing help us reach our business goals? How can marketing solve a particular challenge? Website Deliverable Comparison Benelli’s WebsiteMock Website

Take Notice This was just a mock set of a website if our proposals was implemented Making the website more interactive with clients, allows them to feel more safe about the services you offer them and more confident that you will fulfill their needs Structure the information so it is more suitable for clients access and fulfilling to their needs, The What, How and Why questions Appealing! Logo enlarged in the background, more pictures, definitive colors Next slide shows how the website will appear if you chose services

Business Development Marketing Planning Market Research Management New Product Development Marketing Implementation Special Request

Services Intermission For each service, not only will the website explain what the service is, but will also detail out, to some extent, how the service will be performed to give the client a better view on how the company operates For example, the next slide shows how the website will appear if you clicked on “Marketing Services”

Marketing plans come in many forms. Sometimes the simplest plans are the best. 25 years of marketing experience enables Benelli Marketing Services to recommend the right plan for how marketing can best achieve key company goals. Strategic marketing plans… long-term, comprehensive, fact-based plans that establish specific objectives, strategies and tactics that will achieve the company’s goals. Tactical marketing plans… annual plans that optimize the mix of marketing activities to most effectively and efficiently achieve company goals. Marketing audit… evaluation of current marketing systems and activities to identify priority improvement areas. Step 1 Conduct marketing research on target audience to extract need. Step 2 Research company and past marketing attempts to see if they are promoting that need to client base correctly. Step 3 Review our findings with the head of our marketing department and the mangers of your firm Step 4 Launched a better equipped campaign at your target audience Step 5 Review Feedback! Step 6 Review notes and develop tactics so that client or business so they can understand their own clients needs in the future for long term success. NOTE * This is a basic outline, structure depends on the needs of the business

Marketing Service Intermission Structure information so it is more fulfilling to clients needs Answering the “How” will you help me question clients want to know Next slide shows if you clicked on B2B Clients or B2C Clients on our mock website homepage

AMP Boyd Tamney Cross Need help marketing your business services or products to another business? Over 25 years the Benelli Company have helped various business with their services and we loved every moment working with these great companies. Please contact our head leader Gorden at (610) for more information and how we could offer our assistance!

Need help marketing to consumers? For over 25 years the Benelli Company have helped various business market their services and products to their clients and we loved every moment working with these great companies and getting to understand their customer base Please contact our head leader Gorden at (610) for more information and how we could offer our assistance!

B2B & B2C Intermission In the former webpage Gorden just listed clients he had formally worked with. This is good information, but as a proposal, this is good information for credentials Here, I believe he should only mention a few of the clients he had worked for, possibly listing who you should contact if you need these services. What steps you may need to go through in order to get these services and more specifically what services can we provide that are detailed to B2B clients and B2C clients Next slide shows what the website may look like if you clicked on credentials

Business-to Business Clients Business-to- Consumer clients Who is Gorden? Awards Business Core Values Contact We developed plans, improved implementations decisions and achieve the best results. In other words, Plan For Success! - Gorden

Credential Intermission This shows more on how information will be better structured to achieve maximum cliental appeal B2B and B2C homepage will list companies that they have worked with. The “Who is Gorden” homepage will just list some bio on Gorden, the man who started the business. The “Awards” page will list certifications or awards the company may have received, again building confidence in the client about the company. While the “Contact” homepage, will simply list contact information. Such as residence, fax number etc. Notice the format is the same throughout the website I added “Business Core Values” into the website to help build confidence in Benellis clients. It is only beneficial that you show your clients that your business is a respected and well cut business Next few slide is an example of how the site may look if Gorden chose to implement core values into the website

Learning experience for our company and our clients Strong Leadership Great Results C ORE V ALUES T HAT B UILD O UR B USINESS You want to let clients know that you’re an ethical business that sticks to their values.

Outside Feedback Showed the homepage of Benelli’s Website and our mock website to three professionals at Penn State University Asked: “If you were a CEO of a company and you needed help marketing a product or service, which outside source would you choose based just on look of these two companies website homepages?” Fred Hurvitz, Marketing Professor at Penn State University, “Visuals… this [mock website] looks better.” David Winterich, Marketing Professor at Penn State University, “You want something to grab peoples attention… this [actual website] I would dismiss automatically.” Augustus Colangelo, Associate dean for undergraduate education at Penn State University, “ [actual website] looks like a flyer…[mock website] more modern, looks like I could do more stuff on this website” This is qualitative not quantitative research, so you can not say for sure that ALL of Gorden’s clients will like my mock website design. However, this shows that a better website image can head more positive results, build a stronger customer relationship and potentially attract more clients

Website Deliverable Analysis My team and I worked on the website deliverable for Benelli Marketing Services. We came up with many strategies, ideas and concepts to help implement into Benellis Marketing Services website. Our strategic plan for the website was to make more appealing to clients, trying to really grab their attention. One way of achieving that was to add better graphics or pictures and use more definitive colors such as dark blue, giving the website a more 3D look. Our second strategy was to make the website more interactive. Lastly, we wanted to add more relevant information such as the “STEPS” and in Marketing Services homepage and “Core Values”. Our ideas were very useful. Before we turned it into Gorden I asked professionals what they thought about the site and they all agreed on our Mock website compared to Benellis former website. We used are mock website as a visual aid or blue print to help clarify our proposals for the website. Gorden was able to understand our proposals and is planning on making use of our ideas while creating the website. I believe our proposals for the website was strong and fulfilling to give a helping hand to business firm such as Benellis Marketing Services.
