ACCESVR  Combining Unified Services and SE reduces the number of contracts to manage  Increased rate for 620x  Milestones are easier to track than hourly rates  New providers have entered the contract  Youth Employment Services - 958x  Increase in Rehabs statewide

ACCESVR  If a provider runs out of units for a specific service, the District Office may adjust the CRS contract value to redistribute approved services.  Criteria for approving contract adjustments: Other vendors cannot provide the service Detail service capacity of the catchment area to show lack of availability to meet consumer need Disability or service specific expertise must be substantiated Continuity of services

ACCESVR  Increase flexibility for moving funding between service categories in the contract  Simplify performance measures – focus on the most important goals  SE Milestones reflect the level of support needed  A3 Provider List based on rehab rate alone  Bonus/Performance payments based on attainable outcomes for the population served  Incorporate WIOA
