Vietnam Rural Development Science Association 2 For the implementation of these projects we will organize a Center based in An khanh and Hai duong. This center will build the models of development for regions for supporting the rural development and service providing through community education, training, advisory, study… This center will provide following services: - Services on localized agricultural product market development - Services on non-farm activities creation - Services on the farmer collective actions and on peasant community’s. - Services on rural, ecological, cultural tourism. The functioning principles of this center are to combine the market economy and the social economy in order to support both the market economy and the social equity.
