This Orientation: Palm faces down. Movement: Hand is held aloft and the index finger points downwards, pinpointing a place in the air. Nature of the movement: Clear and simple.

country See video! Orientation: palms forward Movement: The dominant (right) hand starts with the finger tips touching the forehead and moves outwards from there then down briefly (as per the arrows) then outwards again. The other hand starts lower down (roughly in front of the shoulder) and mirrors the movement. Nature of the movement: the action is sharp and the hands retain their flat shape, throughout.

Plenty Orientation: palms upwards. Fingers are curled as in picture Movement: Together, the hands circle outwards and around, twice, drawing two circles in the air. End with arms open. Nature of the movement: A round movement that feels warm and ‘full’.

Natural Orientation: palms face towards the body and face Movement: hands begin with fingers touching the cheeks. They drop outwards and downwards, moving away from face. As they travel, the hands fold into fists with thumbs protruding and palms facing upwards.

environment Orientation: the dominant (right) hand is palm down. The second (left) hand makes a central post with the index finger pointing upwards. Movement: The dominant (right) hand starts near the body with the finger tips pointing towards the “central post”. The dominant (right) hand pivots around this post, ending at the point furthest from the body. Notes on translation: The central post represents a person standing, and the other hand represents their surroundings.

Beauty Orientation: palm towards the body. Movement: Begin with the fingers of the dominant (right) hand resting against the chin. The hand slides sideways, away from the face. As the hand slides off the face, the fingers fold into a soft fist with the thumb protruding. The arm opens, stretching outwards.

special Orientation: palms forward Movement: Place your hands in front of your chest, then move them away and slightly downwards, pause here, then repeat the movement. Nature of the movement: the hands are soft and the movement is small and gentle.
