WATER CLOSETS 17-19" AFF often referred to right height 16-18" to center of toilet from side wall Elongated bowl, hinged seat with open front

LAVATORIES Maximum of 34" AFF Counter depth " (max of 25") If using two sinks, they should be spaced 30" from centerline to centerline 27" clearance min. under the sink for kneespace 30 x 48 clear, unobstructed floor space in front of sink. 9" toe kick and 27" min knee clearance AFF. Hot water pipes must be covered and easily accessed
