Computer Maintenance

 The objectives for lesson 4 were as follows;  Ways to mark your computer without damaging it.  Ways to prevent costly maintenance

 Problems with maintenance are how costly they are. How you have to set an appointment and you have to wait so many days before anything happens.

Keyboard & mouse  Judging by how old where this computer is located computerhope.com says to clean this computer, mouse & keyboard every five months to make it run as fast as possible.

Printers  Judging by how often its used computerhope.com says to clean it every 6 months to ensure proper working conditions and decrease the number of paper jams drastically.

 The computer memory can only hold so much so to always have room you should use a thumb drive to save room and time.

 Disk defragmentation is done to make sure files are not corrupted and work every time and it can stop computers from crashing. Disk defragmentation
