New NCAA eligibility requirements starting with the class of 2017 (Incoming 9 th graders) have changed. – Minimum GPA will now be 2.3 (Currently 2.0) – 10 core classes before your Senior year – 16 total core classes needed for NCAA eligibility – Start the year off right; FINISH strong Take the ACT the Fall of your Junior year – ACT prep program will get you ready – Allows you to improve your score by the time you graduate

Weights/Speed Training Start May 28 th 6-8:20am (Grades 10-12) Monday- Thursday (No Friday’s) Coach Hoover will run Speed Training on the field All players need to report by 6am All players in summer school will be released for class Week of July 1 st all players will be off May 28 th - May 30 th (9 th grade introduction week) All freshmen will lift from 8-9:30am Will learn all lifts & safety rules of the weight room Starting June 3 rd all players will lift at 6am
