3 Flashes Football Player Expectations
Be a Student Athlete Student First, Athlete Second Attendance! Players will not play if they are not at practice to learn and develop. Communication! If there is a reason players must miss practices we expect them to communicate this ahead of time with Coach Lewis and their Position Coach. Commitment! Trust the Process.

11 Injuries/Medical 2 Athletic Trainers at FC Meghan and Caitlin (Will be at all practices/events) Team Physicians- Dr William Mosi Community Health Network , Dr Ryan Methodist Sports Medicine   They will get you in within 24 hours if you call and state that you are a FC athlete. Injury checks weekly at school with Dr Jones.  Dr Jaggers will be at all Friday night football games. Please bring notes to Meghan or Caitlin if you see a physician for an injury so we can appropriately take care of the injury.   Please avoid Medchecks and walk-in clinics unless it is a true emergency: obvious fracture, needs sutures, illnesses and skin diseases.  We typically receive a note that says no activity for 2 weeks and follow up with a ortho physician. They cannot override a physicians note once received.
