Verona Public Schools AchieveNJ Update Student Growth Percentiles (mSGPs) were released on January 8, 2015 –SGP will count 30% for Math/ELA teachers grades 4-8 toward final evaluation (10% next year). –Principals will share the scores with their teachers. –Overall scores are now calculated (Marzano, VGO, SGP) for ! Verona Public Schools Qualifications for Teachers Recall, for the mSGP to be part of a teacher's evaluation, a teacher must: Have been the teacher of record for at least 60 percent of the course prior to the NJ ASK; and Have valid SGP scores for at least 20 separate students who were enrolled in the class for at least 70 percent of the school year before taking the NJ ASK. 4
