Tiffani’s Personal Training Hi! My name is Tiffani, and I’m here to be your personal trainer. At my workout studio, you get to work out me and a few others to really get that tight stomach you’ve always wanted. Whether you’re already fit, or you’re ready to get in shape, there is always a class to fit your specific needs. This is the way to motivate yourself to lose that extra fat you gained over the holiday season. Before After

What will you be working? The workouts you will be doing here will be mostly working on your core. What is your core, you ask? Allow me to explain. Core(noun)-The center, innermost, or most essential part of anything. Core strength(noun)-the strength of the underlying muscles of the torso, which help determine posture Your core are the muscles in your stomach that keep your balance. To strengthen these muscles will help you get those abs you’ve always wanted. It will help improve your posture as well, and help take away that extra fat that hangs over your favorite jeans!

Some exercises we will be doing… Crunches Leg Lifts Jack knife Swiss Ball Oblique Sit Ups Ab Exercise

Russian Twist Side Crunches Bicycle Crunches Sit Ups …And many more!!

Benefits of Core Strength When you’re strong in your core, simple things like walking look so much better. You become stronger, with improved balance, which keeps your back strong and healthy. You look like you’re putting so much more effort into going about your daily life. Join my personal training, and you will not regret it. I can personally guarantee it.

Possible Risks -Age The older you are, the more prone you are to being injured. -Dehydration and Fatigue Make sure you are drinking enough water. If you are not staying hydrated, and you go to exercise, you may become very tired and fatigued. It is also best to be eating a balanced diet along with exercise, for best results. -Participate in Stretching If you do not participate while we are stretching, you could pull a muscle in our exercises. Unfortunately, there is no way to completely remove all risks. But having a balanced diet and drinking enough water can lower the probability of most of them.
