 Failing to keep a to-do list  Not setting your own goals  Not managing your distractions  Trying to do more than you can  Don’t try to multitask if your not good at it  Not taking breaks THINGS NOT TO DO

HOW YOUR SCHEDULE SHOULD LOOK

 Make sure you have your goals from important to least important. IMPORTANCE

 Make sure you do not over load yourself.  Take what you can handle and have time for.  DO NOT do anything for anybody that has a deadline and you do not have time for. SAYING “NO”

 Make sure you are not getting distracted by any social networks.  Make sure you find a quite place to get all your goals completed. DEVOTE YOUR TIME WISELY

 Make sure you are getting plenty of sleep 7-8 hours.  Set an alarm every hour to refocus at the tasks.  Get up early to start your day so you can be able to finish all your tasks. SLEEP

 You need to leave 5 –10 minutes in between tasks on your to – do lists. LEAVE BUFFER TIME DO YOU DON’T FEEL OVERWHELMED

 Carry a schedule everything for the week. So you can no where all your time is going during the week.  To-do lists to keep you on track of your daily activities.  Plan to spend at least 50 percent of your time engaged in planning  Schedule time for yourself.  Take five minutes before every call and task to decide what result you want to attain.  Don’t get distracted by the phone or social network sites.  It's impossible to get everything done. TO THINGS TO REMEMBER
