Global Warming By: Tati Rosa and Monique Askew

Atmospheric Heating The warming of the surface and lower atmosphere of Earth that occurs when water vapor, carbon dioxide, and other gases absorb and reradiate thermal energy.

Radiation Radiation is when the rays from the sun hit the earth and it warms the earth surface

Thermal Conduction Thermal Conduction is a transfer of energy and heat through one substance to another.

Convection Convection is the act of moving transmitting, or conveying.

Global Warming A gradual increase in the overall temperature of the earth's atmosphere generally attributed to the greenhouse effect caused by increased levels of carbon dioxide, CFCs, and other pollutants

The Effects of Global Warming: Ice is melting worldwide, especially at the Earth’s poles. This includes mountain glaciers, ice sheets covering West Antarctica and Greenland, and Arctic sea ice. Sea level rise became faster over the last century Hurricanes and other storms are likely to become stronger.

Why is global warming our problem? Global warming is our problem cause it will cause severe weather. Also Many animals will have to try to adapt to a new environment quicker. Along with that we will put polar bears in larger risk than they already are. Also the sea level will become higher and will flood quicker. Also it’s a huge problem for kids because this will be our world when were older so we need to fix the world now while we have the chance to before it gets way to hot.

Thank you Monique and Tati ♥
