Conocer to know (a person), to be familiar with a place conozcoconocemos conocesconocéis conoceconocen
Ver to see yo = veo (keep the e)
Oír oigooímos oyesoís oyeoyen to hear (Notice that oír has accents on both the nosotros and vosotros forms.) Sometimes the 3 rd person singular form is used to get someone’s attention. ¡Oye! = Hey!
Personal “a” When a person is the object of a verb, the personal a must be used after the verb (except with the verb tener). There is no translation for this in English.
