Communication strategy Create and maintain a project web site/link Develop and implement a rural oriented communication strategy; Create a quarterly newsletter; Conduct public broadcasts and announcements on local radio/TV and rural communication channels; Package CCA knowledge for private sector businesses; Document case and pilot approaches systematically and in an accessible format.
