Training Objectives At the end of the training-workshop, participants are expected to: 1. Understand the role of a MABS technical resource specialist 2. Acquire a deeper understanding of the various modules comprising the MABS Refresher course for account officers 3. Learn effective methodologies in training account officers 4. Be prepared in getting accredited as certified MABS technical resource specialist (MABSTeRS)
