What will help us to be THANKSGIVING…. Count Our Blessings

Psalms 30:1-5 I will extol thee, O Lord; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me. 2 O Lord my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me. 3 O Lord, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.

Sing unto the Lord, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness. 5 For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning

Count Your Blessings, Name them One by One I love that old hymn "Count Your Blessings" When upon life’s billows you are tempest tossed, when you are discouraged, thinking all is lost, Count your many blessings, name them one by one, And it will surprise you what the Lord hath done.

Count Your Blessings… Count MY blessings…. Are we so bound up with ourselves that We talk all about our sorrows, miseries, Trials, things we don’t have, things that Are so hard to bear….that we overlook All the blessings God has given us and fail to give Him thanks. Let’s count our Blessings today…

We thank God for all of our Teachers, and each one of you. You are just as important as anyone else, I am thankful for the O’Neal church. You have blessed me and my family. I just pray that in some way we have been A help and blessing to you.

..For My Country Yes, I’m proud to be an American. I’m thankful that I have been cast to live in the land of the Free, the country that still looks up to God… In GOD we trust! Each time I see the Flag flying, Each time I see the crosses on the Cemeteries… thank God for the sacrifices that so many have made for America.

For My Country In almost every prayer that I have heard Bobby Nixon pray, he always thanks God For ‘this country, and prays for our leaders’ He is thankful for the freedom that we Have in America!!

What can we do for our Country? Here is your answer: YOU LIVE RIGHT. YOU WALK RIGHT. YOU TALK RIGHT. YOU SHOW JESUS TO OTHERS, BECAUSE YOU ARE TRULY WHAT YOU CLAIM TO BE… A SIMPLE CHRISTIAN FOLLOWING JESUS CHRIST.

For my health… Peter’s wife’s mother…sick. Mtt. 8:14 The woman with an issue of blood…Lk.8:43 Epaphroditus..Phil.2:27 sick nigh unto death Al Burns…been sick…Told my wife Ann. “ I’ll pray for you…you pray for me” Psalms 30:1-5 verse 5 ‘’…weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.”

.. My relationship with Jesus My Lord…My Lord…..Lk. 18:13 “God, be merciful to me a Sinner.”..Paul knew that forgiveness that made him a child of God. I Tim. 1:15..Do you have that relationship with Jesus?

4. Who are you serving this morning? Jesus Christ, or the devil? You know, He knows!! 5. Have you counted your blessings? Do you KNOW the Lord????
