 In-reach to CSV clinic patients and staff  Joined several coalitions including Enroll El Paso Coalition, El Paso Coalition for the Homeless.  Established relationship with local Health and Human Services Commission – Office of Community Access  Conducted outreach activities at local health fairs

 Scheduled appointments vs. walk-ins  Extended hours to evenings and weekends  Provided morning and evening ACA information sessions in English and Spanish  Staff is fluent in both English and Spanish (speak, read, and write)
