Lessons Learnt  SMME’s are SMME’s  Small SMME’s require more management assistance than initially thought  Size of the SMME  Marketing of the SMME  Management of the SMME  “Going Concern”  Payment Terms and Commercial engagement  Managing Scope of SMME involvement with client  Procurement from SMME’s can work  Constant Monitoring and Evaluation is needed
