Two major system enhancements this year: October 28 th New status codes were developed and National Office update all status accordingly. November 14 th All records between July 1, 2009 and June 30, 2010 will be updated as follows: “On Hold” records will be updated to “No Match” and no will be sent “Approved” records where the prospective volunteer did NOT become a volunteer, will be updated to “No Match” and no will be sent. “Approved” records where the prospective volunteer did become a volunteer will be properly mapped in the system.
