Product Support Help Desk Updates The Help Desk has received more than 2,127 tickets since the last conference presentation on April 23, During the Summer of 2015, the Help Desk reviewed district and school calendars for all public school districts in Tennessee. Please advise school and district employees to submit questions and/or issues to the district EIS contact.

Use the Application Access Form located on the Data Quality & Integrity webpage of the department’s website ( in order to add, modify, or remove access to the TDOE applications, as needed. The ADM Audit report in the Data Reports application should be used during the data verification process.
