Introduction I am in my 10 th year at Stephen-Argyle Central Served in a variety of capacities I am a father of SEVEN! This has been an enjoyable learning experience Continued working while taking credits Coursework has been challenging Professors have been very helpful In this presentation I will be covering my strengths, areas for growth, professional development plan and philosophy of education

Strengths Diversity Leadership – I am an advocate for ALL students – I believe in a quality education for all – All staff and students deserve a safe environment Community Relations – I have managed the school website – Head Football Coach, and Head Girls Basketball Coach – Working with media

Strengths Safety and Security – Several lessons on Crisis Management Plan – Working with and practicing Emergency Response Plan – Monitoring electronic traffic in the school as Technology Coordinator

Areas of Growth Organizational Management – Need further work on organizational systems of school settings – Setting school schedules – Priority Setting Curriculum Planning and Development – Greater understanding of observation models – Continue to grow in pedagogical practices
