1. Mentoring and empowerment of young people. -Mentoring and empowering of young people to create dynamic future leaders 2. Create true equality within our community and public schools -Destroy racism and ethnically directed stereotypes, allowing young people to strive for a equal opportunity future. 3. Promoting adequate leaders to the classroom. - Making sure teachers are adequate leaders for our young people Gavyn Chavez, Educational Leadership

“In the year 2000, young people living in families within the lowest 20% of family income were six times more likely to drop out of high school than students whose families were in the top 20% of family income. This statistic troubles me, through educational leadership I desire all students from all families of varying incomes to have equal opportunity within our public schools. Through mentoring our youth and valuing a diverse community, we must create equal opportunities for all students, especially those in the lower income families who are more inclined to drop out. By having values and a strong vision we can promote equal learning to all students meeting them where they are financially and academically.” Gavyn Chavez, Educational Leadership

Conclusion Educational leadership to empower and lead our young people Unable young people to become leaders by promoting an environment of individual growth. Value a community of equality, ethnically diverse. Meet students at their place of need financially and academically Empower students within low income families to stay in school and be leaders within their community. “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.” Dr. Martin Luther King Gavyn Chavez, Educational Leadership
