Post July changes to be drafted by DLA Piper. PA arrangements TBC (see Contracts slide). ICP processes to meet the timescales for MAP Final Conclusions. Click to edit Master title Design Authority Further work is needed on the interaction between the ICP, vendor/design authority in MOSL and DLA Piper and PA teams who are making changes to codes. 7 Contractual Arrangements To support smooth transition, DLA Piper will contract with MOSL. Under the terms of the contract the commissioning authority will rest within OWML until transition of the codes work at the end of July. Under these arrangements OWML will reimburse MOSL for DLA Piper activity up until the end of July.
