Going forward post transition we envisage all engagement to be collective and collaborative. Update calls – transferred to MOSL and Ofwat. MOSL to own. CEO Meetings – OWML to run session in July following publication of the MAP Pre-Vendor Conclusions. MOSL to own going forward. Workplan Review Group – OWML to run meeting in June. MOSL to assume responsibility thereafter and to run meeting in July. Website – OWML to transfer all documents to website by end of July. Ownership to pass to Ofwat. MAP front - OWML to prepare as part of pre-Vendor MAP. 3

Click to edit Master title Codes and Processes OWML responsible for producing Map Pre-Vendor Conclusions by 14 July Interim Codes Panel (ICP) to be in place and operational by 14 July All changes to codes pre-July, to be drafted by DLA Piper/PA. Post July changes to be drafted by DLA Piper. PA arrangements TBC (see Contracts slide). ICP processes to meet the timescales for MAP Final Conclusions. Codes and processes workstream to transfer to MOSL over the last two weeks in July, including knowledge transfer. 5

Click to edit Master title Design Authority Further work is needed on the interaction between the ICP, vendor/design authority in MOSL and DLA Piper and PA teams who are making changes to codes. 7 Contractual Arrangements To support smooth transition, DLA Piper will contract with MOSL. Under the terms of the contract the commissioning authority will rest within OWML until transition of the codes work at the end of July. Under these arrangements OWML will reimburse MOSL for DLA Piper activity up until the end of July.
