17. Finance
The Finance WS has been intrinsically involved in supporting the delivery of the Programme Blueprint by identifying all financial elements that have become apparent by the increasing certainty of the service design WS

Review and realign the financial WS plan with the transition and implementation plans
Move from a support role to implementation of key financial tasks
such as the treatment of asset transfer between NHSBT and WBS

Detailed design plans for SHU signed off
NHSBT moved into new Bangor team base in December 2014
Estates paper approved by AWBS Programme Board including demise plan, commencement of legal works & planning application
