Problem…  The factor that many people struggle with when attaining overall health, is nutrition.  Sometimes people think what they are putting into their body is healthy when it really might not be.  There is now a solution to this problem.

My solution…  There is now a way for people to not only track what they are eating, but also find out how many calories they should be consuming and how nutrient rich the foods they eat are.  My Plate Calorie Tracker

About My Plate Calorie Tracker  Starts off by asking you personal information such as: - Weight - Height - Weight loss goals Takes this information and determines how many calories you should consume in order to reach your goals.

About (Cont.)  You search a food you eat and My Plate Calorie Tracker finds the approximate nutritional value.  This app also tracks the calories you have burned and you can update your weight in order to tack your progress.

Summary…  This app is a great way to keep track of your calories as well as the nutrients consumed.  An easy way to track your nutrition on the go and track the progress made in order to reach your goals.  My Plate Calorie Tracker can help you get healthier and can be found at the app store.
