Eliminates all turning movement conflicts at Alex&Univ Substantially reduces Wawa Access conflicts & improves access to Dinky Kiss&Ride Only slightly alters existing travel patterns Decreases traffic flow along upper Alexander (Mercer Hill) Better utilizes College Rd by having it absorb some increased traffic; (increased from essentially zero) Adds only few left turning movements from Univ to College Rd. Adds a little more traffic on upper Univ which can be readily handled by the light at Univ&Nassau
