Duties and Responsibilities – this consists of an action-based list of typical day-to-day duties, along with management or functional responsibilities and communication channels. Reporting and Supervising Relationships – this contains responsibilities for leading or supervising the work of others and identifies the title of the person to whom the incumbent reports.
