Jihad: A holy war waged on behalf of Islam as a religious duty; a personal struggle in devotion to Islam especially involving spiritual discipline. Al Qaeda: Islamic extremist group led by Osama Bin Laden Taliban: Islamic terrorist group Islamic extremist group:people who believe that anyone who is not Muslim should be killed

Conflict Afghanistan has been pinpointed to be the largest terrorist country in the world. Home to Al Qaeda and the Taliban, who are the biggest terrorist groups. Al Qaeda's leader is Osama Bin Laden, who has planned terrorist attacks against U.S. and other countries. By the United States siding with Israel in their Jihad against Islam, economic sanctions were cut from Afghanistan. This resulted in the bombing of the World Trade Center in 1993, therefore starting a conflict between the United States and Afghanistan.
