Regular mainenance is required to keep a computer running at top performance. your keyboards and mouse may become sluggish after time. Lose power connections may cause low quality performance.

to cut down on hardware damage, Regular computer maintenance is the best solution. A general rule states that you should clean a computer every 3-6 months.

Dust, hair, dirt, and food may accumulate over time. This can cause the keys to jam or malfunction. The most effective way to clean a keyboard is to spray it with compressed air.

The two main types of printer are the inkjet printer and the laser printer. Small amounts of ink accumulate and eventually block the ink nozzles, causing it to stop working as well or all together. While cleaning a laser printer do not touch anything shiny because it may be hot or contain a charge.

Cleaning out cache and cookies regularly increases memory. Higher memory increases speed and functionality.

Over time, after deleting and adding files, the computer will start to lag. To prevent this from happening, MICROSOFT has created tools to delete temporary files, empty recycle bin, and defragments your hard drive.

As you add data onto your new hard drive, the data is set up side by side. As you run out of memory, the computer start to divide new files into sectors. disk defragmentation is when data is split and separated.

The recycling bin is where files are stored before being wiped from the hard drive. The recycle bin is usually a trash can or a recycling bin. It is also possible to restore a file from the recycling bin.

Temporary files are for keeping space open for other programs by deleting the file after it is exited out. Though if there is a power loss or temporary disconnection, these files are not deleted and instead are kept.
