Introduction Agriculture prominent industry in Saskatchewan Create an opportunity that appeals to a niche market Riverview Orchard, based out of Outlook U Pick operation and primary processing of native and domestic fruits

Organization Description Proximity of the market §U-pick needs to be near a major population source §Farmers markets require a close transportation source (I.e. highway) Environmental Conditions §climate, available water, frost-free days,length of daylight, soil type, topography §esthetically pleasing and easy access

Mission Statement “….to provide our customers with high quality fruits, warm and friendly service, and a beautiful environment in which to pick their fruit. We will strive to achieve growth and profits by marketing for both fresh and processed products, while never forgetting to keep the rural Saskatchewan feeling alive at the orchard.”
