Consumer Documents  We are all consumers. When you buy something, you are considered a consumer.  Two categories:  Good stuff; ie…….candy bars  Service – help stuff; …televisions, cameras, stoves, headsets..etc.

Consumer documents  Define your legal rights  Define your responsibilities  Define Companies responsibility  Check box tops  Does it have the features you want?  What’s covered?
